Privacy Policy

Unrapp (“Unrapp”, “we”, “us” or “our) offers a unique way of sending messages from one user to another in order to capture raw reactions and precious moments via our proprietary software application. Users can send messages that consist of images, videos, audio, text messages and/or images of tangible gifts to another user. The recipient of these messages will receive a “gift” which will be unwrapped on the screen while recording both the unwrapping process and the video captured by the front camera of the device, simultaneously. This information, if elected by the recipient can be shared with the sender. In addition, the file can be saved to the device locally, shared to the Unrapp Feed and shared to third party websites. If you do not wish to share your messages or response videos, simply do not send messages and do not share any responses.
The privacy policy explains how we (Unrapp, LLC, subsidiaries and affiliates) store, use, and share your information whenever you use our Services. Those Services include every way you might interact with us: through our websites, mobile applications, and any of our other online products and services that link to this privacy policy.

5.Deleted Content
You should understand that users who see your messages can always save them, either by taking a screenshot or by using some other image-capture technology (whether that be software or even something as old-fashioned as a camera to take a photo of your device’s screen). The same common sense that applies to the Internet at large applies to Unrapp as well: Don’t send messages that you wouldn’t want someone to save or share publicly.
Feed: Because the “Feed” is inherently public and highlights matters of public interest, we may archive them and allow them to be viewed again through Unrapp or other sources.
Messages: The Services are programmed to automatically save under the “Viewed” tab after you have seen it and exit the gift screen. You can swipe left of a gift message or response video to delete the message from your message center.
A few final words on deletion: We can’t guarantee that messages will be deleted within a specific timeframe. And even after we’ve deleted message data from our servers, that same data may remain in backup for a limited period of time. We also sometimes receive requests from law enforcement requiring us by law to suspend our ordinary server-deletion practices for specific information. Finally, of course, as with any digital information, there may be ways to access messages while still in temporary storage on recipients’ devices or, forensically, even after they are deleted.
6. YOUR CHOICES ABOUT YOUR INFORMATION
You may update your account information at any time by logging in and changing your profile settings. You may also choose to cancel your account or delete our application from your device. Keep in mind, deleting the app from your phone does not delete your user account which will still host your user content and profile information.
Unsubscribe from email communications from us by clicking on the "unsubscribe link" provided in such communications. As noted above, you may not opt out of Service-related communications (e.g., account verification, purchase and billing confirmations and reminders, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices).
How long we keep your User Content:
